While NCR was constructing a new global headquarters in Atlanta, it utilized Facebook to engage with its employees in the area about the significant changes coming their way and to build enthusiasm for the new headquarters by sharing the construction's progress.
The team highlighted the numerous lifestyle and culture enhancements that the brand new global headquarters campus would provide employees—including a fitness center, dining options, coffee shop, meeting space, outdoor green space, flexible conference room options, wellness center, international lounge and more. The campaign also spotlighted the surrounding midtown Atlanta neighborhood and the variety of commute options available, and allowed the team to demonstrate to the local community that NCR is a great place to be employed—building a sort of “Silicon Valley of the East.”
NCR was also able to line up its expanded physical presence with an increased digital visibility—and provide a united and smooth message to its target audience on all channels.
